Permitted assistance
AI may help organise research, identify duplicates, draft outlines, classify topics, suggest metadata, create clearly identified original illustrations and flag possible inconsistencies.
Human accountability
The publisher remains responsible for everything published. AI output is not treated as a source and must not invent quotations, experiences, credentials, statistics or official statements.
Automated publishing
Low-risk material may move through defined quality gates. High-risk or conflicting stories should be stopped for review. Material AI-generated imagery should be labelled where context requires it.
